Bug description: Burning rush activates all procs (from trinkets, enchants, etc...) that can be activated with doing some dmg.

Wrong section for report also give us some proofs that he should not procs trinkets, enchants, etc...
Here its the proof when on freakz it kill yourself and here say ,,You can't kill yourself with this spell. It's cancelled if below 4% hp. ,, (wowhead link)
