Bug description: wow cd dungeons to move every day and do not have how to do you always cd to those dungeons for example Mana-Tombs I did months

You did an old Dungeon and the CD moved a day later? Is this what are you trying to say? Have you checked the actual dungeon to see if it's not a visual bug?
