[REJECTED] Can't create trial character

Reaction on previous rejection of my post, and proof that something is not working right.
I hoped that clean game files and new account would solve the problem, but it did not.

Bug description:
I downloaded full client using a torrent, then created new Freakz account, so everything fresh and clean.
Then I logged in and tried to create trial character, but again, the same as before.
Only level 1 character showed in characters menu. And after i selected it, i got disconnected with error ( https://imgur.com/a/ERH8May )
After logging again, the character was gone (empty chars menu).

Proof: (same proofs as before)

The game works good on normal characters (non trial).
I dont know what else should I try, another PC ?
Sorry for bothering, but I am desperate.

There is a limit to how many trial chars you can make, regardless of if you deleted them.
