Bug description: Can't get Christmas present from Orgrimmar

Hi - i have to toons that are both 90+, but i cannot get my present from the big box in Org. The box tells me that i must be 90 and that only 1 per account is allowed. However, i have not received any mount / presents from this at all. I do play on the same PC where another account (my brother's) has already got their presents. I, however, have not :'(

PLease can you help? For info - i would like the armoured skyscreamer.

I wasn't able to get it on several 100+ characters, only on my 110.

I'm having the same problem on my lvl 90 night elf mage. This is my highest level character so I haven't received it on any other one.

The level requirement for the present was set to 110, but text might not be updated for you (due to cache)
