Bug description: I can't upgrade my class hall, the NPC only say me Greetins, so I can't get the second leggo upgrade

Hello, I already tried to delete cache, I just tried to respec, relog and speak with to him with all spec but still nothing, it's not a Dk's problem I guess cause I have a friend with the same problem with his priest. It reallt bother us cause we need that upgrade lol.
I hope u'll find a issue, but there is no hurry for now.

Can you get the IDinfo addon and check which id it has or Did you do any dk campaign quests which unlock the classhall upgrade guy ?
