Bug description: I can't add cloud serpents to my collection of mounts. I have exalted with Order of the cloud serpent, I have cloud serpent riding and I have completed the quest "Riding the skies" (ID 30188, 31810 or 31811 - one of them, don't know which). When trying to add them, I would get: "You don't have the required proficiency for that item".
