[REJECTED] Cannot get past 100 skill in herbalism

Bug description: I started herbing and at first every herb was orange, at 50 it became yellow and at 75 green. Now that i reached 100 no herb is giving me any level in herbalism no matter what zone i am or what herb it is. Even in high level zones its all gray and I cannot get past 100.

Oh, and some herbs dont give skill AND have no loot. I cannot remember all herb names with no loot in them but this is one example:
