[REJECTED] Cannot restart the legion chain that starts with artifacts

Bug description: I started the artifact quest (Legion returns quest chain) and almost finished it but the game crashed, and when I returned, the quest wasn't in the log. I tried to go back and retake it but the NPCs aren't responsive. How can I restart the legion returns chain (I'm lvl 100 rogue )? Please help. Kind regards

If you wish to go to Legion Dalaran again, take the portal to Dalaran in the Cleft of Shadows.
