[REJECTED] Cant get 3rd Relic Slot

I purchased the Artifacts from the website through donations, and in doing so, bugged out the Warrior Class Hall Campaign. There is no quests available from Odyn, like the aforementioned. The quest "Champions of Skyhold" get you to recruit two followers, but I only have one, and the quest says it was never completed. So after a GM telling me to go to the forums and look how to unlock the 3rd relic slot, then another one telling me to go get the quest, its becoming tedious to unlock this.

There are no quests available in the Class Hall, nor are there any follower missions available. Im not really sure what to do here since Im not going to delete my character to start over.

As you can see from the pictures, there are no quests from Odyn, no follower missions, and one follower.

It has seemed to sort itself out. After deleting the cache folder, Danica magically appeared when I went to Dalaran to start it.
