Bug description: Damage done by an additional 20%. Now it`s by 10% . Chai of Thrayn will be nerf to 10% additional damage but in Patch 7.2

I am also confused by this hotfixes and which apply to 7.1.5.
This legendary was previously checked and nerfed in this topic https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Item-Paladin-Chain-of-Thrayn-t479820.html

The guide you posted was uploaded on 14 January, hotfix for this legendary came on 17 January

What is the confusion? January 17th was during 7.1.5 what is the problem? Reject this.
