[REJECTED] Change level on PvP Training Dummy

Currently now in shrine there is a PvP Training Dummy. My suggestion is to change its level from (skull) to level 90. Since its for PvP normally people only gets hit cap for level 90 targets.
When dummy is (skull) it results in spells missing. Since its pvp dummy makes sence that it should be lvl 90 also.

Not sure if it was fixed in the mean time or not, but as you can see on the NPC finder it already has level 90
