[REJECTED] Character getting issues/error

Bug description:

Hello,

Something is wrong with my character.

Today I did few Mythic runs, and at first it was okay i was able to trade items with other who needed it and they were able to give me.

But from EoA, now when they try to trade and give me item they get error that I am not Eligible for the item but they were able to give it to other people in group.

The neck i have right now, one guy who traded this was not able to give it to me at first, but after we killed 1 more boss he was able to give me.

And whenever I kill mobs or anyone and someone else attacks them also, i get error that you dont have permission to loot most of the times.

Please help me with this
