[REJECTED] Class hall upgrade quest (part of campaign)

Bug description: So class campaign quest chain is to somehow atm, very hard or even NOT DOABLE. Specific problem is that some people are already researching last upgrade or one of latest. For ones who research last one, is not doable. I have proofs down below. 1st picture is my character which need to wait 4 days + 12,5 days to finish quest, while my friend is on LAST upgrade, so he is not able to do this quest ever, at least if it stays as it is now.
