[REJECTED] Considering Halloween event and Treat Bags

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Today i opened 3-4 treat bags on my main char (furrball) all of them were empty nothing inside, i have a 2nd account and all my characters on that account get 2-3 items per bag, only furrball doesnt get anything from bags :/ is there a problem with bags or is something wrong with my character ? its really annoying since i need the tooth pick to finish the achivement for title

Dovada / Proof:cant really make a picture of empty bag :S

There is no such thing as "character bugged", really.
The bag works and it does drop stuff.
