[REJECTED] Cooking Q Bugged and i cannot research recipes

Bug description: I completed that quest ( Opening the test kitchen ) and now when i click on nomi he only opens this recipe shop ( as u can see in proof ) . He should let me chose between open vendor and research for new recipes . I cannot learn new recipes because he doesn t let me research . Please help ! In proof u can see what happens when i only right-click him ! I already tried to speak in ticket with some1 and they told me to : Disable addons -> Exit game -> delete cache . Which i did and nothing happened . Help me fix it !
