[REJECTED] Creeping String of Larva deleted after logoff

Bug description: yesterday i did nythendra heroic and got the belt (Creeping String of Larva) ilevel 865 and i eqquiped it, today morning when i loggedin i found the item deleted and the belts slot empty, the item shows up on my armory and i even got its apparance, i noticed the same thing happened today again but with achivements, i done halls of valor mythic level 12 and i got 4 achivements (normal - heroic - mythic halls of valor) and (key stone conqueror) after i reloged i found the 3 achivements disappeared and only keystone conqueror left
