[REJECTED] [DK Class Hall Quest][Arathi Highlands] The Ruined Kingdom can't be completed

The quest requires you to talk to Garen Trollbane, from what I've read he only spawns in Arathi from the past but you need to talk to Zidormi to trigger the past Arathi, neither Galen nor Zidormi are spawning anywhere in the map which means you can't move on the DK class hall quests.
