Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu da 100% movement reduction daca ai 2 puncte puse in talent ci doar 75%.

100% avea initial, pe original l-au scazut rapid dupa in hotfix, in acelasi hotfix au fost o gramada de chestii schimbate care deja s-au bagat si la noi.
