Bug description: Normally in pvp, the artifact weapon of the dudu tank reflected all the damage back to the opponent no matter the class and attack, but now they have nerfed it leaving the dudu tank nerfed for certain skills that before only with the artifact you survived, now it is no longer viable and it's not even fun in wpvp. i main dudu 3 years and this left the class a little bit discouraging when it comes to wpvp.

Rage of the sleeper was changed so that the reflected damage was directly scaled from your stats, and not a % from the incoming damage, this was made by blizzard so that Rage of the Sleeper wouldn't stright up 1 shot certain mobs/players when they used certain hard hitting abilities. Also this caused alot of issues, such as the video you listed, hence why it was made a static damage number that would scale with your gear.

Our objective is to have things to be as retail-like as they can be at the patch that we currently are, not bring further issues that were fixed by blizzard themselves in the first place.
