Bug description: after you attack Bloodtainted fury(8048k hp) he will insta cast spell what summon another 3 Bloodtainted Fury ( 10132k hp)
Proof: easy to try in game -

For me they don't actually create any mini water elementals at all, and there should be only 2 of them, at the moment they have multi spawn.
