Bug description: Unholy strenght is chain procing on dk, and making dk really op. As we can see it has 3 rppm, but right now it never falls and its literally reprocing every 5 sec.

Based off Warcraft logs reproccing the Weapon enchant is no new thing . The RPPM is set to minimize the procs per minute which is working properly due to the fact it was rechecked multiple times before patch even launched . It should be a Bad luck protection so to say , and not a good luck protection !
