Bug description: Whenever i do pve world quests and use Death and Decay I get instantly flagged for PvP even if I have it turned off from my character portrait. I have low iLvl and alliance kills me. I tried deleting cache, wtf, and nothing changed.
Proof: Please help!

You cannot trigger flags for other players or trigger your flag with DnD . You might try unstucking char on site/reloging after enable/disable PvP.
