Bug description: I Completed the previous quest (The King Rises), but this quest won't appear. I tried multiple things, but this quest just won't appear. I did get the guy that the quest rewards (Koltira Deathweaver), but the quest that comes after that also doesn't appear. I'm just completely stuck

This bug is preventing me from moving on with my class storyline, its really irritating

Same thing is happening to me, I cannot finish my story line, what would be the solution to this?
