Bug description: Hey , before the launch my howling blast crits were above 2.5M + damage and now my max crit is 1.7M ( with full procs and mastery comp ) please check it out it is very important , thanks!
Proof: Unfortatelly I don't have any SS or any prove because I never SS my Howling Blast crit in 7.1.5 but if some of you had been played Frost DK in last patch he surelly know on what I am talking about....

Legendary Helm was nerfed from 40% to 20% , also Howling blast trait was nerfed that's why, overall Frost DK is nerfed with this patch.
