Bug description: doesn't get the 30% dmg increase , its actually simple : the average is around 10000 dmg and 30% means 3000 dmg so the obliterate should deal around 13k more or less
but on freakz it does 10k without trait and 10,2/5 with 30% increase from trait which is not correct

@ quicksand @ i have tested on trial char lvl 100 without gear but the weapon artifact

i can bring video proof anytime if pics are not clear enough

you will see pics in wich i do not have ambidexterity and i deal around 10 k and u will see pics in which i have ambidexterity 3/3 and i deal the same amount of dmg with obliterate

It is clearly visible that damage is properly increased by Ambidexterity
