Bug description: Ok so i'm no expert at this and im hoping someone more knowledgeable than me to comment here with proof and everything but the rune regen system is really messed up, it's gotten bad to a point where i have no runes and no runic power and just staying in the middle of the boss not doing anything and i dont think that is supposed to happen, i've played a bit on retail during the 7.1.5 patch with worse gear and that case scenario has never happened to me, i hope you dont close the topic so ppl can discuss about it.

Since that "fix" rune are screwd and no its not normal they regen like i have 0 haste. I did look up some things and its not even close. In almost max gear i'm getting bearly any runes. I feel forced to wear that stupid belt

I like how none of you guys have any knowledge of your own class, but you keep crying nonetheless.

Stop the useless drama, just because you "think" that it's bugged, it means absolute nothing. Bring normal proof of what's not working. I won't keep this thread open, because more people will just come here and whine about runes not working correctly. I have a death knight on retail as well, I spent hours investigating every little detail about the regen system and I assure you it works the same.

Again: before the fix, it was POSITIVELY BUGGED, it granted you way too much regen. Just because you got used to something bugged, it does not mean it was correct that way.

Your rune regeneration is supposed to be 10 / (1 + totalHaste).

Meaning at 20% haste, you will have 10 / (1 + 0.2) = 10/1.2 = 8.33 sec per rune. Make your own calculations, you'll see that it's correct 100% of the time. I am tired of bringing proof for this topic, there were already like 10 topics with the same exact problem, I brought countless proofs from retail that proved me right EVERY TIME.

So stop your needless whining and don't create a report based on "what you think". Bring facts and proofs.
