Bug description: Frost fever somehow applies to players tagged for pvp off.
Proof: I am not fast enough to open pvp option from my portrait to show that i am tagged as pvp off while dk abusers force pve players to participate in pvp.
Btw. Falric(player dk) hope you will be ganked some day so hard that you could not play.

Perhaps you encountered a dk when u had some mobs by your side,that way the dk used howling blast to mark u for pvp on due to the aoe time of the spell,is not a bug,is pure mechanic

players: falric, ipanic and few tauren paladins are suffering from mental issues. im not sure if their mom is proud.

if you're reading this, go kill yourself, please. no one gives a *** about your gear/skill. all you need is a functional brain and stable emotions.

you arent even qualified as human. you lack the basic and built-in communication talent. perhaps you are filling your emotional void via killing low-geared players.

Please add proof before stating something...i'm a frost dk and i can't attack any pvp-off players with howling , however all that howling does(and is a bug) is that if you howl on a boss/mob and there is an ally nearby(me being horde) it will aoe him too(only if heh as pvp on) and this was already submitted.

Once i was at a wq boss just me and a horde player, we both had pvp off, i used explosive trap on mob and its aoe didn't put the player in combat, but after he did 1 mele attack on the mob, which still had a dot damage from trap, and he got tagged for pvp. Maybe something similar happens whoch frost aoe too
