Bug description: the mastery doesnt seem to effect other spells damage at all for example i have same damae in virulent plague wihout 10 stack of defile and with 10 stack of defile that gives me 3000 mastery i even checked in details the virulent plague did about same damage

for the next test i used Barracuda Mrglgagh to increase mastery by 300
as you see virulent plague and defile damage is the same with or wihout the food

Tooltip is a visual bug . The damage properly scales xD
