Bug description: Virulent Eruption procs more often then the suggested 30%, and does more damage than it should.

Virulent Eruption procs for 68%, 38% more than it should.
Virulent Eruption deals 115% more damage than Virulent Plague, it's damage is supposed to be based on attack power, 106% to be exact, which is only 32% more than what Virulent Plague gets, yet it does more than double it's damage.
