Bug description: my artifact trait bug , and deal very low damage for a dk unholy 957
Proof:

i know some ppl who also have this bug. anyway, they fixes it reloguing/unequiping, equiping gear

As I already stated it might be a general issue or a char bug , if it's a char bug you can try re-equiping your artifact weapon/reloging/unstucking . I can't reproduce this issue and never experienced it myself .
If nothing of the above helped try reaching out to a gm and asking if there is any way they can help .
