[REJECTED] [Death Knight] can't add the glyph Vampiric blood

Bug description: can't add the glyph Vampiric blood
the proof:
This is without addons and the WTF was deleted,
I can add the glyph to the side panel with no problem,
then I choose the glyph vampiric blood,
Then I try to inscribe the glyph,
I get the popup immediately, so I click Disable button,
because if you click the Ignore button, it will re-pop, if you try again.

It reloaded and, I click the glyph tab and I get this (remember I have no addons and WTF was deleted )

I hope you can help, I have even thought about reloading the whole
game to see if that would work.

Download the BlizzardUI Default Addons.
