From 10 hits with obliterate you get 5 procs of rime, it's normal.That proc was fixed before , so what are you complainging about ??? You should do something about shadow priest not frost dk , shadow gets 400k hits(noncrit) in pvp from nothing....

just make a trial char and u see how many times rime procs like 80%,it's obvious it procs way more than 45%

The guy in the vid has 4 piece nighthold, sitting at 65% proc chance for rime instead of 45%, just saying.

@Quicksand can you check this already ? On freakz you dont use any froststrike because you have always Runes because you haev to much Rime Proccs

ok so something is really strange. While having Remorse Winter on i was able to pull 15/15 Rime procs. This needs to be looked ASAP

How did you even get 15 procs when Winter last 8 seconds?

I did test it myself on devs realm with no CDs on spells and Rimes proc was normal, 45% is 45% whether I had WR on or not. I had 4 Oblitarates without any Rime procs as well as I had 3 procs in a row. Its called RNG.

I was waiting for anyone to post anything remotely close to Rime being broken, but that was not the case.

This fixed Rime and is working as it should.
