[REJECTED] Deathcharger's Reins dropped, game gave it to someone else.

Details: (optional) Hello! everything is going pretty well, no real complaints during the time i hop on to play. However , on Jan 4th, i was on my mage Pared and i joined an RDF group and i got to do a little bit of Stratholme and we got to defeat Lord Aurius Rivendare . The game dropped the Deathcharger's Reins! I rolled and the game chat shows that I won the roll. However the game ended up giving it to someone else. I would hope this can be addressed , or at least to clarify if i indeed did win or not. I hope i'm not confused , and if someone could help me with this issue i would appreciate it.
