Bug description: I already started the different zone so I cannot choose a new one anymore. Therefore the quest cannot be validated (I guess). I tried reloading, abandon quest, going to Dalara, take a teleport to a new quest area, Nothing worked out.

Did you complete all of the starting quests from the scouting map for the broken isles zones?

Yes. One the TP at Dalaran fly was still available but even after taking it it didn't help. (The one where I reached Malfurion in Valshara). But I already took all the basic quest and did all of them except that one, and still didn't solve my issue

Ah I see, but you already completed the quest to tp from Dalaran to Val'sarah right? You completed this and this one right?

Okay then please do the following:

Create a ticket and ask for quest complete for https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41069&&name=direct-our-wrath

That's the only way to fix this, since you already completed all the quests that are required for Direct our Wrath to be completed.
