Bug description: When Fury of the Illidari ends, 60% of the damage it dealt erupts in an explosion of fel energy,dividing that Chaos damage among all nearby enemies.

That part does not work. Everyone takes the same amount of damage.

Your SS proves yourself wrong.

If fury of the illidari does X damage on one target, then on two targets, it does 2X damage. You do 60% of that damage, divided by two. So it's 2 * 0.6 / 2 = 0.6X damage.
On a single target it does X damage, 60% converted to rage of the illidari, but this one does not split, so you end up with 0.6X.
