Bug description: dosent work at all prop... the heal from souls is very low giving like 100k to 200k heal per soul.. on the tooltip in image dow its say 800k heal per soul consume ( for me) base on ap(2125%)
I try with soul bomb, soul clave and soul barier =one souls give 100k heal and for 5 per total its 500k ..For me 1 soul must give 800k(base on ap) and for 5 must give total of 4 mill heal per total

There are two types of soul fragments in this case, one that is being shattered during a fight (lesser soul fragment) and one that has a chance to be shattered after killing a target. Those two types of soul fragments also heal differently.

Consume Soul from a lesser foul fragment heals less than the Consume Soul that shatters after killing a target.
Following that, your Soul Barrier, Spirit Bomb and Soul Cleave are based off of those Lesser Soul Fragments.
