Bug description: Chaos strike damage/critical chance
Proof: on 893ilvl this dps https://marculescunicu.imgur.com/all/,I do not think it is fair to be so poor dps at this ilvl,and the damage on chaos strike is too low and crit chance is so broken please fix this.
