Bug description: Fel lance deal 6% hp, my HP is 164k, mean (164*6)/100 = 9.84k, but he hit me 14k per, another game I use demon armor pvp talent, my HP 172k, he deal 17k per hit

Yes, Fel Lance deals more than 6% of your HP but it is also affected by Mastery: Demonic Presence this modifier. However, keep in mind that after a first hit a Demon Hunter applies to you, he also applies Chaos Brand which increases magic damage taken by additional 5%. All this gets scaled together, (which to add, scales correctly). If you have any proof or further issues that the scaling isn't correct, feel free to open a new report.
