Details: (optional) Today, I have unsuccessfully purchased the Tyrael's charger from the vote shop. Even though it mentions that I already possess this mount, I have still not received it as it can be noticed in the images here https://imgur.com/a/GdtBtqT. I have tried to relog, I logged off of wow for more than two hours yet still no trace of the mount in my collection. I also checked the mailbox although I know that mounts are directly added to the character's mount collection. Note too that I have already made vote mount purchases with no problem until today. Thank's for the help in advance.

Check all the sources from the filter.
