[REJECTED] Did not receive emissary quest reward

Sent a ticket about this ingame and got a reply, telling me to post the problem here.

Details: This morning i completed 4 world quests of the wardens and went to the wardens emissary to turn in the emissary quest. It showed that turning in that quest would reward me with a chest (Warden's Supply Kit) and an artifact knowledge item (like all of the emissary quests). So when i click on "complete quest" the quest got completed but i didn't receive any of the rewards. Tried to talk to NPC again but there is no quest page this time because it was already completed, so this is not an "complete mision" button doesn't work kinda issue. Checked the bags and they weren't full, still i checked the mailbox but the rewards weren't in there either. So can i get the quest rewards somehow?
