Character name: Halbert
Bug description: I died in the wrath of Odyn questline - Chains of Domination and respawned in Eastern Kingdorms. I can't acces Skyhold now and continue the quest. The map shows me that i can continue it by taking a quest from Oribos but no one's there.

You will need to go in the Maw to Danica the Reclaimer at these coordinates: 67.2, 55.8. You will be able to teleport to Skyhold from there. The NPC for teleport from Oribos isn't added yet. Its already reported missing and the devs are working on implementing her soon.
