Yes, the healing increase is conditioned by using holy word spells therefore it won't show in the tooltip. If you check the healing you do on a target you will realise it actually works.

it mybe crit heal done in that time

Thats weird bcz ONly way y can undrstand its Tooltipe and y say "Try using spell...Not looking at tooltipe"
how can i know that working by using spell mybe my heal have Crit in that time and i cant realise that lvl works
