[REJECTED] Dk frost Hidden artifact

Bug description: Hi, i had a problem by the frost hidden artifact on my Dk
I had killed the world boss "The Soultakers" (all tree)
They drop me "Sea-Reaver's Girdle" and the "hidden artifact aspect"
I had used the item for hidden artifact and see the cinematic, after i was go in the Dk classall, but when i was go to change artifact spec, i dont see the Hidden artifact line (so i can't set the aspect) :/

Hi, it must've gotten removed if the server crashed or rolled back
