Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Pe freakz daca iti apica un rogue/lock/dk acel debuff pe tine cu 30% increse casting iti afecteaza si dot-urile. Normal ar trebuii sa iti scada -30% haste, dar sa nu iti afecteze deloc dot-urile... pe freakz nu mai faci deloc damage daca esti affli sau shadow priest. Please fix.
