Bug description: You cannot carry more than one Toxic Umbrafen Herbs (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=114986&&name=toxic-umbrafen-herbs) at a time, yet the quest asks that you get 5 of them....
Proof: 0 players completed that quest + https://imgur.com/a/SihaG (as you can see, I get an error message, telling me that I can't loot more than one. =/ )

(oh, and ofc, I should not be able to get this quest without having looted the item that starts the previous quest... Be sure to lock it up once you fix all this, ok?)

Reporting same info as previous post except to add this quest has not been corrected as of this posting date. I add this info to help newer players know it's still in the works to be fixed?

BTW, the item

Toxic Umbrafen Herbs (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=114986&&name=toxic-umbrafen-herbs)

is showing UNIQUE, which might be the reason you cannot add more than one to your inventory.
