Bug description: After i learn Draenor Tailoring from the scroll in Ashran, The crafting recipes RESets after relog and i have to buy again the scroll with Draenor Tailoring

Also Calvo Klyne and Dorothy 'Two' is not spawned in the garrison so there is no way to buy Pattern: Primal Weaving
