I know the rules say

but this, I think is the same bug applicable to two different mobs.

Bug description: The "small" mobs required for the above mentioned daily quests (ikthik egg drone and horrorscale scorpid) are near impossible to kill after yesterday's (29 March 2017) server restart. I completed these two daily quest easily with my ilvl 486 Protection Paladin yesterday before the restart (and some days before), but now I cannot get a shot in before I get stuck in a continuous stun.

Theses mobs spam a 4 second stun, that prevents me from doing anything - my cooldowns keep me alive for a short bit (10 seconds) and after that it's literally just watching my character die.

Killing them one, by one is possible, but if I pull even 3 of them, I cannot get a shot in.
