Bug description: The last upgrade in class hall upgrade doesn't work at all at least in argus world quests, like i never got more than 1x ap from each wq, neither ppl who i know. the last upgrade name is : "Legionfall United" which does: world quests and missions have a chance to grant double Artifact Power.
Proof: well it's a fact which everyone knows it... -
