Bug description: As the item says 'The duration of [Storm, Earth, and Fire] is extended by 0.6 sec for every Chi you spend.' But, its supposed to extend [Serenity] as well if you are using [Serenity] instead of [Whirling Dragon Punch]. For us, it only works for [Storm, Earth, and Fire]. [Serenity] part is bugged.

Its not supposed to extend Serenity's duration until 7.2 hits
as stated here by Mr Robot via 7.1.5 Drinking Horn Cover 7.1.5
you can see in the 7.2 version that its added Drinking Horn Cover 7.2
