Bug description: Disorienting Roar shouldnt share DR (Dimishing Return) with any other spells.

You misunderstood his post. Disorienting Roar IS supposed to share DR with every spell in the short mesmerize category (scatter shot, dragon's breath, chastise, breath of fire). If otherwise, remake the post with video proof.
